Der Spezialextrakt überzieht die Schleimhautzellen der Atemwege mit einer Art Schutzfilm und schützt sie so vor eindringenden Erregern. Zudem hemmt der Wurzelextrakt die Vermehrung bereits eingedrungener Bakterien.
