 Ein Medizinprodukt, das einen Großteil der Nahrungsfette bindet und die Kalorienzufuhr reduziert.
L112 besteht aus natürlichen, unverdaulichen Faserstoffen, die aus Schalentieren wie z. B. von Krebsen, Langusten, Shrimps gewonnen werden. Weitere Bestandteile sind: Cellulose, Vitamin C, Weinsäure, Siliziumdioxid und Magnesiumstearat (pflanzlich).
Auf Grund seiner hohen Fettbindungskapazität kann L112 große Mengen Nahrungsfett und Fettsäuren binden. Die Tablette wird durch die Magensäure aktiviert und ist geschmacks- und geruchsneutral. Der Faserstoff wird anschließend zusammen mit dem gebundenen Fett auf natürliche Weise ausgeschieden.
